Thomas LONG

Thomas was born in 1844 in Preston St Mary and his baptism took place there on September 1st, 1844. Thomas' father was Robert LONG and his mother was Harriet HOLLOCKS. His paternal grandparents were Henry LONG and Ann BIRD; his maternal grandparents were Benjamin HOLLOCKS and Mary PARMENTER. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Henry, Henry, George, William, James, Susan, Marianne, Elizabeth and Ellen. He was the seventh oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 66 in 1910.

- Still alive in 1910 when his daughter Mary Ann was married.

- Believed to have gone mad and attacked one of his daughters with a knife.
