James LONG

James was born in April 1850 in Preston St Mary and his baptism took place there on April 21st, 1850. James' father was Robert LONG and his mother was Harriet HOLLOCKS. His paternal grandparents were Henry LONG and Ann BIRD; his maternal grandparents were Benjamin HOLLOCKS and Mary PARMENTER. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Henry, Henry, George, Thomas, William, Susan, Marianne, Elizabeth and Ellen. He was the nineth oldest of the ten children. He died as an infant at the age of 1 in April 1851 in Preston St Mary. The funeral took place on April 26th, 1851 in Preston St Mary.
