Thomas was born in May 1790 in Felsham and his christening took place there on May 30th, 1790.  Thomas' father was Thomas GOULD and his mother was Ann BIXBY.  His maternal grandparents were Jeremiah BIXBY and Ann CAWSTON. He had two brothers and four sisters, named John, Bixby, Ann, Ann, Martha and Christian.  He was the sixth oldest of the seven children. He had two half-sisters named Hannah and Sophia.  He died as an infant at 11 months old in April 1791 in Felsham.  The funeral took place on April 23rd, 1791 in Felsham.
