Thomas was born in January 1792 in Thorpe Morieux and his christening took place there on January 29th, 1792.  Thomas' father was Samuel GOULD and his mother was Alice ARMSTRONG. He had five brothers and five sisters, named Samuel, John, William, William, Isaac, Sarah, Alice, Mary, Phyllis and Susan.  He was the nineth oldest of the eleven children.  He died as an infant at 8 months old in September 1792 in Thorpe Morieux.  The funeral took place on September 25th, 1792 in Thorpe Morieux.
