Martha was born in 1782 in Felsham and her christening took place there on April 7th, 1782.  Martha's father was Thomas GOULD and her mother was Ann BIXBY.  Her maternal grandparents were Jeremiah BIXBY and Ann CAWSTON. She had three brothers and three sisters, named John, Thomas, Bixby, Ann, Ann and Christian.  She was the fourth oldest of the seven children. She had two half-sisters named Hannah and Sophia.  She died at the age of 18 in 1800 in Felsham.  The funeral took place on November 1st, 1800 in Felsham.
