Walter GALLANT

Walter was born in February 1869 in Great Waldingfield and his baptism took place there on June 6th, 1869. Walter's father was Henry GALLANT and his mother was Anna Maria BIRD. His paternal grandparents were Thomas GALLANT and Susan LAMBERT; his maternal grandparents were George BIRD and Elizabeth RANSON. He had a brother and three sisters, named Samuel, Elizabeth, Mary and Meannah. He was the fourth oldest of the five children. He had six half-brothers named Peter, Bowers, Harry, George, Benjamin and Walter. He died as an infant at 6 months old in August 1869 in Great Waldingfield. The funeral took place on August 5th, 1869 in Great Waldingfield.
