Samuel GALLANT

Samuel was born in February 1871 in Great Waldingfield and his baptism took place there on May 22nd, 1871. Samuel's father was Henry GALLANT and his mother was Anna Maria BIRD. His paternal grandparents were Thomas GALLANT and Susan LAMBERT; his maternal grandparents were George BIRD and Elizabeth RANSON. He had a brother and three sisters, named Walter, Elizabeth, Mary and Meannah. He was the youngest of the five children. He had six half-brothers named Peter, Bowers, Harry, George, Benjamin and Walter. He died as an infant at 4 months old in June 1871 in Great Waldingfield. The funeral took place on June 16th, 1871 in Great Waldingfield.
