Mary Ann GALLANT

Mary was born in 1864 in Great Waldingfield and her baptism took place there on October 2nd, 1864. Mary's father was Henry GALLANT and her mother was Anna Maria BIRD. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas GALLANT and Susan LAMBERT; her maternal grandparents were George BIRD and Elizabeth RANSON. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Walter, Samuel, Elizabeth and Meannah. She was the second oldest of the five children. She had six half-brothers named Peter, Bowers, Harry, George, Benjamin and Walter. She died at the age of 84 in 1948 in Monks Eleigh. The funeral took place in 1948 in Monks Eleigh.
