Roger was born in 1676 in Lambourne and his baptism took place there on September 24th, 1676.  Roger's father was Henry FISHER and his mother was Elizabeth.  His paternal grandparents were William FISHER and Unknown. He had a sister named Sarah.  He was the older of the two children.  He died at the age of 50 in 1726 in Kintbury.
