William was born in 1779 in Edwardstone and his christening took place there on April 18th, 1779.  William's father was Jeremiah DEATH and his mother was Sarah OSBORN. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Jeremiah, Francis, Thomas, Michael, Robert, Sarah, Elizabeth, Mary and Rachel.  He was the second oldest of the ten children.  He died at the age of 52 in 1831 in Shoreditch.  The funeral took place on August 29th, 1831 and was arranged by Shoreditch, London.
