William was born in 1759 in Hitcham and his christening took place there on July 18th, 1759.  William's father was William DEATH and his mother was Elizabeth COOPER.  His paternal grandparents were William DEATH and Elizabeth EDWARDS.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 55 in 1814 in Hitcham.  The funeral took place on May 24th, 1814 in Hitcham.
