Arthur William BRINKLEY

Arthur was born in 1902 in Harkstead and his baptism took place on January 4th, 1903 in Brettenham.

- He was born before his mother married so Robert Long may not have been his father.

Arthur's father was Robert Enos LONG and his mother was Melinda BRINKLEY SOUTER. His paternal grandparents were William LONG and Maria HUNT. He had three brothers and a sister, named Robert, Frederick, Sidney and Ivy. He was the oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 61 in 1963 in Brettenham. The funeral took place on October 7th, 1963 in Brettenham.
