Frank Ernest BOWERS

Frank was born on August 1st, 1924 in Wix and his baptism took place on September 7th, 1924 in Great Oakley.

Frank's father was George Arthur BOWERS and his mother was Ellen Jane BRITTON. His paternal grandparents were Henry BIRD and Mary Ann BOWERS. He had five brothers and five sisters, named William, Stanley, Percy, Ralph, Dennis, Edith, Molly, Hilda, Ruby and Peggy. He was the fourth youngest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 52 on December 26th, 1976 in Wix.
