Mary was born in 1691 in Felsham and her baptism took place there on May 7th, 1691.  Mary's father was Thomas BIXBY and her mother was Frances KERRINGTON.  Her paternal grandparents were William BIXBY and Margaret; her maternal grandparents were John KERRINGTON and Elizabeth. She had five brothers and two sisters, named Thomas, John, Robert, William, Jeremiah, Ann and Sarah.  She was the third oldest of the eight children.  She died at the age of 86 on July 27th, 1777.
