James BIRD

James was born in 1861 in Great Waldingfield and his baptism took place there on September 1st, 1861. James' father was Robert BIRD and his mother was Phoebe FOSKER. His paternal grandparents were George BIRD and Elizabeth RANSON. He had three brothers and six sisters, named George, Charles, Arthur, Abigail, Louisa, Emma, Anna, Ellen and Agnes. He was the second oldest of the ten children.
