George BIRD

George was born in 1842 in Brettenham and his baptism took place there on May 22nd, 1859. George's father was James BIRD and his mother was Hannah TAYLOR. His paternal grandparents were James BIRD and Barbara GOBBOLD. He had four brothers and three sisters, named James, John, William, Abraham, Hannah, Sarah and Mary. He was the fifth oldest of the eight children.
