George BIRD

George was born in 1830 in Brettenham and his baptism took place there on August 22nd, 1830. George's father was John BIRD and his mother was Hannah MUMFORD. His paternal grandparents were Edmund BIRD and Jane SNELL. He had seven brothers and a sister, named John, Robert, David, John, Daniel, John, James and Mary. He was the sixth oldest of the nine children.
