Arthur was born on December 12th, 1881 in Acton. Arthur's father was John Henry BATSFORD and his mother was Mary Ann BULL (MILLS). His paternal grandparents were George Richard BATSFORD and Emma BOXALL; his maternal grandparents were William MILLS and Sarah BULL.
