Claude Albert Walter BARTON

Claude was born on December 11th, 1911 in Hitcham and his baptism took place there on February 25th, 1912. Claude's father was Joseph BARTON and his mother was Julia Alice HODDY. His paternal grandparents were Robert BARTON and Susan BLOOMFIELD; his maternal grandparents were Robert HODDY and Eliza RISBY. He had two brothers and a sister, named William, Stanley and Gwendoline. He was the youngest of the four children.
