Marriage (six children) 21 May 1854 No more children Marriage (a child) 1792 Halliwell Marriage (a child) ~1848 Cant find Marriage (twelve children) 5-Mar-1821 (Bolton) No more children Marriage (a child) not found ~1797 George Barrow George's parents where John and Ann.  However, it probably NOT the John Barlow and Ann Bradley from Deane, as they had other children born too close to George for them to be of the same family.

George was a Chemist, as was his son John.  He lived in Bolton, but has moved around Lancashire.  About 1848 he was in the district of Ormskirk, where his first wife Nancy died in 1848.  By 1850 he was with Ann, and had another son Edwin also born in the Ormskirk district.

Between 1851 and 1861 George and family moved to Bradford, still working as a Chemist.  By the age of 74 we was a Beer seller in Bradford with wife Ann(e) and son Edwin.
~1803 Nancy Greenhalgh 1831 - 1904 James Barrow 73 73 Roo Crawford is decended from James.

Family living at Coal Pit Lane, St Helens, Lancashire, England in 1871

James and Hannah moved to Irvine, Scotland between 1881 and 1891.  Their three youngest children John, Sarah Ann and George moved with them.
1823 Margaret Barrow There are comments (posted 7 Oct 2013) on my Ancestry tree about Margaret Barow and unmarried partner Daniel Marsh. They lived in a cellar at Bath St. Bolton in 1851 and moved to Manchertsr by 1861.

Margaret's child Sarah E married under the name of Sarah Helena Barrow to Thomas Halstead at St Johns, Little Bolton.
1824 Betty Barrow 1826 Richard Barrow 1828 Eliza Barrow 1830 Mary Barrow 1833 Nancy Barrow 1837 Salina (Celine) Barrow Salina (on 1851 census) or Celine (on 1841 index) 1838 George Barrow 1840 Thomas Barrow Thomas probably married Ellen and bacame a Stone Mason (see 1881 census) 1846 Ellen Barrow 1851 Edwin Barrow The family were in Bradford in 1861 and 1871.  What happened to George, Ann and Edwin after that?  Edwin may have married in Gloucester in 1875. 1834 - 1906 Hannah (Annie) Roydes 72 72 Called Hannah in 1871, but Annie in 1881.  Dont you just love these women who change their names! 1863 Elizabeth E Barrow 1865 - 1930 Levi Barrow 65 65 1868 James Barrow 1870 Sarah Ann Barrow 1876 George Barrow ~1767 John Barrow John and Ann Barrow may only have had the one son George.  This the only christening I can dinf for St Peters, although there are planty of others for Deane.

John may also have has a son Joseph, born Halliwell (b.19-Dec-1793,  d.26-Jun-1887).  If this is the case, then his wife was Ann Bradley.
~1771 Ann Bradley 1804 Ann Wife Anne in 1851 replaces Nancy, who was present in 1841.  The gap in the births of the children suggests they married about 1842-46, but only Marriage near Bolton St. Helens or Wigan is for Mary Rogers, which seems a little early, but possible.

Ann on 1851 and 1861 census, Anne 1871.

There's an Anne Barrow living with Son-in-law Joseph and Daughter Sarah Ann Flocton in Hulme, Lancashire in 1881.  If this is right, then Ann must have had this daughter from an earlier marriage.
1869 - 1946 John Barrow 77 77 1793 - 1887 Joseph Barrow 93 93 John may also have has a son Joseph, born Halliwell (b.19-Dec-1793,  d.26-Jun-1887).  If this is the case, then his wife was Ann Bradley. John Barrow Ann
