Family of Samuel Edward Stocks & Sarah Ann Miller

Samuel and Sarah were married in a religious ceremony in September 1870 at St. Helen (Witton).¹

  Separated between 1881 and 1891, but still continued to grow family. Maybe house wasnt big enough for all.
  Samuel was missing from the 1901 Mather family photo, and there is some doubt as to whether he was married (so possibly the wrong preson here). He was buried with his brother Albert.

They had three sons and six daughters, named George, Samuel, John, Annie, Phoebe, Gertrude, Emily, Sarah and Susannah. There are no more children.
