Samuel Tildsey

Samuel was born in 1801 in Little Hulton and his baptism took place on April 26th, 1801 at Peel Chapel.¹

Samuel's father was Samuel Tildsey and his mother was Martha Mort. He had two brothers and seven sisters, named James, John, Ann, Judith, Alice, Elizabeth, Martha, Maria and Charlotte. He was the third youngest of the ten children.
