1897 Robert V Pickles (and others)

Robert was born in 1823 at Colne and his christening took place there on January 24th, 1823.¹²

Robert's father was Thomas Pickles and his mother was Mary Pickles. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Pickles and Mary Walsh. He had six brothers and five sisters, named Thomas, John, William, Edward, Whitley, Dinley, Margaret, Mary, Sarah, Alice and Caroline. He died at the age of 74 on August 23rd, 1897 in Bingley. He was buried in Bingley.³³

  The Arthur Blackburn Master Index of Grave inscriptions show a Robert V Pickles was buried in Bingley Cemerary (volume 118 of Index). The grave inscription shows he died Aug 23 1897.
