Edward Whitehead Pickles (Pighills)

Edward was born in 1825 in Lancashire and his christening took place on August 21st, 1825 at Colne.¹² Edward's father was Thomas Pickles and his mother was Mary Pickles. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Pickles and Mary Walsh. He had six brothers and five sisters, named Thomas, John, William, Robert, Whitley, Dinley, Margaret, Mary, Sarah, Alice and Caroline. He died at the age of 22 in September 1847 in Keighley.³
