Edwin Mather

Edwin was born in 1869 in Little Hulton.¹ Edwin's father was Edwin Mather and his mother was Sarah Stones. His paternal grandparents were William Mather and Martha Tildsey. He had three brothers and three sisters, named John, Samuel, Charles, Martha, Florence and Lillian. He was the third oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 53 in December 1922 in Manchester.²
