Alice Briggs

Alice was born in 1868 in Bingley.¹ Alice's father was Moses Briggs and her mother was Alice Pickles. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Briggs and Abigail Bradshaw; her maternal grandparents were Thomas Pickles and Mary Pickles. She had two brothers and six sisters, named Mark, William, Rouanna, Harriet, Caroline, Abigail, Mary and Emma. She was the third youngest of the nine children.

- Remained single (as most of her sisters) and lived in Bingley till at least 1891
