Maggie (Margarette) Brereton

Maggie, known as Margarette, was born on January 19th, 1896 in Farndon.¹ Margarette's father was William Thomas Brereton and her mother was Ellen Bird. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Brereton and Margaret Edwards. She had five brothers and five sisters, named Thomas, John, George, Henry, James, Annie, Nellie, Carrie, Rebecca and Ellen. She was the oldest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 105 in September 2001 in Wisconsin.²
