Victor Iosifovich Gelfgat

Victor was born on February 11th, 1923 in Kharkov, Ukraine. Victor's father was Iosif Ilyich (Hilelevich) Gelfgat and his mother was Vera (Revekkah) Solomonovna Zetler. His paternal grandparents were Ilya (Hilel) Naumovich Gelfgat and Tatiana Mikhailovna Katsnelson; his maternal grandparents were Solomon Leont'evich Zetler and Serafima (Sima) Gersheevna Zetler. He was an only child. He died, at the age of 61 years, 3 months and 7 days, on May 18th, 1984 due to a medical problem.
