Jane was born in 1847.  Jane's father is Theodore Menne and her mother is Johanna Wilhelmina Gertrude Hellet. She had seven brothers and six sisters, named Peter, Theodore, Joseph, Anton, Moran, Francis, Daniel, Maria, Wilhelmina, Johanna, Marianna, Anna and Hendrika.  She was the second oldest of the fourteen children.  Jane is no longer alive.
