Bilhan ben's father is Ezer ben Seir and his mother is Daughter bint Seir.  His paternal grandfather is Seir ben Hori; his maternal grandfather is Seir ben Hori.  He is the oldest of three children.  He has two brothers named Jaakan ben and Zaavan ben.
