Geneieve was born on May 6th, 1925.¹ Geneieve 's father was Edward Phillips and her mother was Catherine Stickler. Her maternal grandparents are John Stehiler and Theresa Amen. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Arthur, Bruce , Russell , Dorthy, Myrtle and Daisy L.. She was the fourth oldest of the seven children. She died at the age of 82 on November 20th, 2007 in Rochester, New York.

She was a member of the Chili Legion Post 1830 and a veteran of WWII.
