      Eymon is five years old today. She started celebrating early because last week her Dad took her to New York City to visit the place she was born and spent the first two years of her life. Dad took her to the famous ferris wheel at the Toys 'R Us on Times Square and Central Park and the museum with the dinosaurs. So now she has a new interest in learning about dinosaurs. When she returned her Aunt Cynthia threw her a party at her place and her brothers and cousins and Mom and Dad got to swim in the swimming pool. She was then greeted by her grandma who just arrived from New Orleans to spend her birthday week with her. Today her grandma brought cupcakes to her kindergarten class because Eymon started kindergarten about three weeks ago. The school system is a year round one so she started mid-July. Then grandma took Eymon to lunch and went birthday shopping for the afternoon. On Saturday it's off to the Boardwalk in Santa Cruz for yet another birthday celebration with lots of family and cousins. Her Aunt Phil and friend, Cameron, should be in attendance at that party. Eymon is getting a lot of mileage from her fifth birthday...now that's the way to celebrate every birthday!
