Josephus Steegmans 
Josephus was born on November 5th, 1866 in Lummen.1 Josephus' father was Ludovicus Steegmans and his mother was Antonette Gaethofs. His paternal grandparents were Pierre Jean Steegmans and Anne Elisabeth Claes; his maternal grandparents were Petrus Henricus (Hendrik) Gaethofs and Catherina Smets. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Joannes, Henricus, Augustinus, Fransciscus, Lucia and Maria Theresia. He was the fourth oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 12 on March 12th, 1879 in Lummen.1 -
