Jan Willem Vaes

Jan was born on August 9th, 1910 in Zonhoven.¹ Jan's father was Eugenius Vaes and his mother was Gertrudis Clementina Jans. His paternal grandparents were Petrus Wilhelmus Vaes and Marie Agnes Peeters. He was an only child. He died at the age of 82 on May 8th, 1993 in Houthalen. The funeral took place on May 12th, 1983 in Houthalen.¹¹
