Martinus Ruijters

Martinus was born on March 20th, 1800 in Meeuwen. Martinus' father was Egidius Reijtsers (Ruyters) and his mother was Anna Catharina Brebels. His paternal grandparents were Arnoldus Reitser (Reijtsers) and Christina Elisabeth Gathofs (Gaeters) (Gaethofs). He had three brothers and two sisters, named Arnold, Arnold, Lambert, Anna Christina and Anna Christina. He was the oldest of the six children.
