Rosalia Maria Gaethofs

Rosalia Maria was born on December 14th, 1896 in Antwerpen.¹ Rosalia Maria's father was Karel (Carolus Charles) Gaethofs and her mother was Dorothea Stephania Pluckers. Her paternal grandparents were Josephus Gaethofs and Anna Christina Van Eerdewegh; her maternal grandfather was Ludovicus Pluckers and her maternal grandmother is Maria Blondina Bervoets. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Augustinus, Henri, Carolus, Eugeen, Maria Antonia, Maria Coleta and Bernardina. She was the seventh oldest of the eight children. She had two half-brothers and five half-sisters, named Josephus, Pieter Jan, Rosalia Seraphina, Maria Philomena, Regina, Maria Catherina Mathilda and Maria Clara.
