Augustunus Henricus Cesar  was born on August 2nd, 1830 in Veerle.1   Augustunus Henricus Cesar 's father was Johannes Leonardus Gaethoffs and his mother was Maria Josepha Vloeberghs.  His paternal grandparents were Franciscus Sebastien Gaethoffs and Bernardina Theresia Van Eeckhoven; his maternal grandparents were Henricus Vloeberghs and Maria Anna Peeters. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Guillielmus Josephus, Ludovicus, Maria Theresia, Carolina Josephina, Angelina and Henrica.  He was the oldest of the seven children.  He died at the age of 45 on December 9th, 1875 in Morkhoven.1
