John J. Kemp

John J. was born on August 5th, 1843. John J.'s father was James Kemp and his mother was Christina McGowan. His paternal grandparents were John Kemp or Camp and Nancy Bicknell. He had a brother and six sisters, named George W., Nancy Ann, Sarilda M., Malinda E., Sarah C., Louisa M. and Rebecca A.. He was the second oldest of the eight children.
