William Asbill

William was born in 1824. William's father was Joseph Asbell and his mother was Mary Paulina or Polly Harp. His paternal grandfather was William Asbell and his paternal grandmother is Elizabeth Moore. He had six brothers and eight sisters, named John, James, Ross I., Levi, Ancil D., Wilson D., Lydia, Ann, Elizabeth, Surrilda, Nancy, Louisa, Lucinda R. and Charlotte. He is the third oldest of the fifteen children. He had four half-brothers and two half-sisters, named William, David Warren, John, Joseph, Nancy and Sarah Ann.
