Mattie Asbell

Mattie was born in 1884. Mattie's father was Moses A. Asbell and her mother was Leacy Ann Roberts. Her paternal grandparents were Joseph Asbell and Rebecca Wilcox. She had five brothers and three sisters, named William Dudley, Lester Elijah, Nathan Orlando, Lewis Lavette, James Shelton, Lula Estil, Leila and Martha Viola. She was the fourth oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 100 in 1984.
