Thomas (Tom) William Forrest 
Thomas, known as Tom, was born on October 20th, 1910. Tom's father was William Forrest and his mother was Lisa. He had a brother and a sister, named Ted and Doris. He was the youngest of the three children. He died at the age of 88 on November 5th, 1998 in The Laurels, Ambridge.General Notes
