Kevin was born on January 8th, 1970.  Kevin's father was Jacob Parker, Sr and his mother is Violet Lockwood.  His paternal grandmother was Jennifer Parker; his maternal grandparents were Victor Lockwood and Eugenia Ramsey Lockwood. He has a brother named Jake.  He is the older of the two children.  He was adopted by Clint Abbott who also adopted Jake. He had three half-sisters named Miranda, Kelly and Megan.
