Andrew and Mary were married in a religious ceremony on December 10th, 1909 in Cowdenbeath witnessed by David Muir; Maggie Muir.  They had three sons and a daughter, named <Unknown>, Andy, Archie and Janet.

Male Andrew Reekie Muir
Andrew was born on July 17th, 1887 in Cowdenbeath.1   He died at the age of 79 on August 21st, 1966.2 

Female Mary Young
Mary was born on September 15th, 1885 in Hill of Beath.3   She died from cancer, Breast cancer, at the age of 73 on April 2nd, 1959 in Cowdenbeath.4

Female Janet Fairfoul Muir
Janet was born on July 26th, 1915 in Cowdenbeath.5   She died  due to a. Bronchopneumonia, b. Cerebrovascular accident 2) Non insulin dependent diabetes mellitus.  at the age of 89 in 2004 in Edinburgh.6 

Male Archie Muir
Archie was born in 1917.  He died due to natural causes or old age at the age of 85 in 2002.

Male Andy Muir
Andy was born in 1919.  He died at the age of 86 in 2005.
