Nguyễn Hữu Tâm (Thứ 3)

Tâm (Thứ 3) was born in 1910 in Thạnh Phú. Tâm (Thứ 3)'s father was Nguyễn Hữu Hành and his mother was Ngô Thị Thông. His paternal grandparents were Nguyễn Hữu Học and Chánh. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Bộ (Thứ 5) , Báo, Trang (Trắc), Hương (Thu 4), Tòng (Thu 6 ), Gấm (Thứ 9), Nhì (Thứ 10) and Vót (Thứ 2 ). He was the oldest of the nine children. He died from a stroke at the age of 87 on October 15th, 1997 in Vỉnh Hòa. The funeral took place in Vỉnh Hòa. His body was entombed in Family Cemetery - Vỉnh Hòa.

Death Notes
- Grand Pa was always an active person even at old age. After being blind due to an unsuccessfel Glaucoma operation, Grand Pa suffered a stroke and glided in to coma (1994). Thanks for Aunty Hồng Cẩm and her Brothers and sisters, they kept him alive in an organic life for 3 years before he died in 1997 at age of 87. Notes: Chết ngày âm lịch

General Notes
- This is an example of parents who devoted their whole lifes for children. Under extreme difficult conditions in the war and post-war time,, Grand Pa and Grand Ma always struggled for the sake of their children They have left an example of value of hard work, honesty, love and care for generations to come.
  Oldest son of a wealthy family, he went to Hùynh Khương Ninh High school in SaiGon. Failed the "Diplome" he returned home and married at 25 (1925) . He became a successfull Farmer in Vĩnh Hòa, Chợ Lách District. He owned 7.2 Ha of orchard land of which their children were lived on after the war, when economic and political conditions were chaotic and majority of peoples were miserable.

- Tâm (Thứ 3) attended Huỳnh Khương Ninh, Sai Gon full time at high or secondary level in Failed Diplome . He failed the course.

Occupation Details
- Tâm (Thứ 3)'s occupation was Farmer. Oldest son of a wealthy family, he went to Huynh Khuong Ninh High school in SaiGon. Failed the "Diplome" he returned home and married at 25 (1925) . A successfull Farmer in Vinh Hoa, Cho Lach District. Owned 7.2 Ha of Fruit tree farm land which were later divided equally for 8 chilldren. .
