- Grqand Pa " Mai Van Danh" was murrdered in a situatuion similar to grand Pa "Nguyẽn Hữu Hành". Insurgence who were French militants combined with soldiers in the ouposts robbed and killed him on the way they delivered him to the precinc office. General Notes
- Danh was Born in a poor family and lost mother when he was very young. He struggedr so hardand had had found the way to get out of poverty by edgucated himselsed, by hard work, saving and invest in land. Started as a wage laborer he gradually moved his way up to landlord .He owned more than 50 Ha of coconut and mixed trees farm, a record by that time. He main gold was to invest in educcation for children. All of his children were sent to chool in the city or capital even in France to attend school. He was the che chief of village ( Ông cả), He set aside a piece of land to be used as public cimetery.( Vườn mồ côi) . When he reached middle aged, it was also the eng of French Colonisation era.. During the chaotics situations, there were power struggerling beetween rebellians, French armed militants, and outlaws, and the onset of communist agression, He was murdered at his house. He dead is still mythical to all of us.
