Noel was born on October 27th, 1945 in Johannesburg, Transvaal, Union of South Africa.  He died due to a medical problem, Bronchial Pneumonia, at the age of 60 on May 24th, 2006 in Midvaal Clinic, Vereeniging, Gauteng, Republic of South Africa.  The funeral took place on May 30th, 2006 in Methodist Church.  He was cremated.
