William was born in 1680 in Baltimore County, Maryland.  William's father was William Deason and his mother was Elizabeth Ayers.  His paternal grandfather is Thomas Deason; his maternal grandfather is Edmund Ayers.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 50 in 1730 in Baltimore County, Maryland.
