Vaclovas was born in 1926.  Vaclovas' father was Antanas Lukoševičius and his mother was Uršulė Vitkauskaitė.  His paternal grandparents were Antanas Lukoševičius and Ona Firavičiūtė; his maternal grandfather is Adomas Vitkauskas and his maternal grandmother was Marijona Mickytė. He had two brothers named Česlovas and Antanas Modestas.  He was the second oldest of the three children. He had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, and also a half-sibling of unknown gender, named Jonas, Kazimieras, Ona, Zabelė and ?.  He died due to a medical problem at the age of 53 on June 14th, 1979.
