Česlovas was born on March 26th, 1924 in Pikčiūnų km.  Česlovas' father was Antanas Lukoševičius and his mother was Uršulė Vitkauskaitė.  His paternal grandparents were Antanas Lukoševičius and Ona Firavičiūtė; his maternal grandfather is Adomas Vitkauskas and his maternal grandmother was Marijona Mickytė. He had two brothers named Vaclovas and Antanas Modestas.  He was the oldest of the three children. He had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, and also a half-sibling of unknown gender, named Jonas, Kazimieras, Ona, Zabelė and ?.  He died at the age of 81 on May 5th, 2005.

• General Notes

  Nuo 1932 iki 1938m mokėsi Klausučių pradžios mokykloje.
  Su šeima buvo ištremtas 1949 m. kovo 25 d. į Irkutsko sr, o 1951 m. tremtyje suimtas, 1952 05 08  nuteistas, mirties bausmė pakeista į 25 metus kalėjimo už agitaciją ir antitarybinę veiklą tremtyje . Įkalintas Krasnojarsko krašte, ypatingo režimo Gorlago lageryje, Kajerkano punkte, netoli Norilsko. Vėliau tremtyje Echiryt-Bulagatskij rajone Irkutsko sritis. Vedybos 1957 10 20 Ust Orda. Gryžo į Lietuvą 1959.
