Albert was born on November 9th, 1868.  Albert's father was Robert Alan Henry TOMS and his mother was Jessie Brockley CRAGER. He had a brother and three sisters, named Robert, Florence (Dooney), Alice and Ada.  He was the third oldest of the five children.  He died at the age of 62 on November 11th, 1930.
